Concrete Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Concrete Laborers for projects located in and around Williamson, WV.  This is a first shift opportunity with a Prevailing Wage of $42/hour.  If you are a Concrete Laborer eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:    

• Repair and maintenance work on bridge structures in rural West Virginia
• Perform physical labor including painting, epoxy application, and carbon fiber sheet layup
• Operate hand and power tools such as concrete grinders and drills
• Work from scaffolding, man lifts, suspended platforms, and under-bridge inspection platforms
• Mix and apply epoxy with brush and roller (similar to painting/wallpaper application)
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on-site

Requirements:

• • Must not be afraid of heights — elevated work required
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Construction experience preferred
  • OSHA 10 Certification; Ti does offer course to qualified Employees who have yet to obtain the certification
  • Must provide own transportation to and from work sites if local
  • Standard PPE including safety footwear
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, when needed
