Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Fort Belvoir, VA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is prevailing wage at $35.27/hour.  Job Scope:      

• Inventory and inspection of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems 
• Input RIPE information into software and upload into proper system 
• Read blueprints
• Other tasks as assigned

• Must be able to identify different types of equipment
• Must be able to locate equipment and understand spreadsheets and work with MS Excel
