HVAC Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in and around Houston, TX. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $46-60/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a HVAC Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Maintain records of parts & materials
• Evaluate and train personnel 
• Review & maintain employee time records
• Inspect work in progress and upon completion
• Coordinate all HVAC, plumbing, & building automation work with outside contractors
• Request, review, & process all work orders before & after completion
• Maintain center plant which consist of chillers, boilers, & cooling towers
• Interface with contractors to understand, convey, & interpret information, documents, standards, codes, or best practice & provide quality assurance for larger jobs 
• Maintain knowledge of required adherence to recognize standards & codes
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Experience 
• Valid TX Drivers License Preferred
• HS Diploma or GED 
• Problem Solving Skills 
• Ability to lift heavy objects
