Machine Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Machine Operators for projects located in and around Orting, WA. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $21-26/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Machine Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Operate a press brake to bend and form sheet metal components 
• Set up machine, select tooling, and adjust settings as needed
• Measure & inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality 
• Perform basic maintenance and safety checks on equipment 
• Assemble bent parts using hand and power tools 
• Ensure components meet specifications and production deadlines
• Troubleshoot common bending and alignment issues 
• Fabrication and assembly 
• Follow safety procedures 
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Proper PPE
• Ability to read Blueprints
