Plumber

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Plumbers for projects located in Pittsburg, PA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate up to $50/hr based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: 

• Install, repair, and maintain underground sanitary and potable water systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, site drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of piping systems
• Excavate and prepare trenches for pipe installation using hand tools or machinery
• Join pipes using mechanical fittings, solvent welds, or other approved methods
• Perform pressure tests and inspections to ensure system integrity and compliance with relevant regulations
• Ensure proper backfilling and compaction of trenches after installation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work-site in compliance with OSHA standards
• Troubleshoot and repair broken or damaged underground lines as needed
• Safely and efficiently operate trenchers, compactors, and other relevant equipment

Requirements: 

• Valid PA Journeyman Plumber license
• 4+ years of underground plumbing experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Own tools and PPE
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
