Machine Tool and Die Maker

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Machine Tool and Die Makers for projects located in Sun Valley, CA.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:        

• Prepare production tooling 
• Verify conformance with tooling set up instruction
• Record requirements and drawings necessary 
• Examine and verify all new tooling for functionality and completeness 
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area 
• Perform post production examination of all tooling 
• Work with prepared checklist 
• Maintain a current inventory of high usage components for ordering purpose 
• Assemble and maintain a ready supply of all nozzle heaters 
• Prepare a pre-production set up, check and verification list 
• Help establish training procedures
