Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Welder Laborers for projects located in and around Youngstown, OH. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of up to $18/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Perform welding tasks on metal components following specifications & quality standards
• Weld in vertical, horizontal, & in-position orientations
• Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding in various positions
• Conduct inspections to ensure weld quality
• Use grinders & other fabrication tools
• Follow all safety protocols 
• Maintain a clean & safe work environment 
• Complete assignments on time and report issues to management 
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in the trade
• Welding/Fabrication experience preferred
• AWS Certification or Vocational 
• Ability to read Blueprints
• Safety Awareness
• Ability to lift heavy materials 
• Willingness to work OT as needed
• Proper PPE
