Marine Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Marine Welders for projects located in and around Alameda, CA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $30/hour based on experience & skill level plus $180/per diem for travelers of 60+ miles from the job site.  If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Join various metals using complex thermal processes in the overhaul, repair, & construction of naval vessels
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have Marine Experience with Dual Shield Flux Core Welding
• Must have Experience in Shipyard Welding
• Must have Experience with Dual Shield Fluxcore Welding Processes; FCAW
• Must have OSHA 10 Maritime & Firewatch Certification 
• Must have Knowledge of Weld Symbols
