Electrician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman Electricians for projects located in and around Pittsburgh, PA. Job Scope:

• Install, calibrate, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation on process and utility equipment
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and adjust electronic devices that measure variables like temperature, pressure, flow, and vacuum
• Calibrate electrical instruments and maintain calibration records for associated test equipment
• Test, repair, and rebuild control circuitry elements such as relays, power supplies, and switches
• Perform high-voltage electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on equipment like transformers, motors, and switchgear
• Read wiring diagrams, wire AC/DC circuits, and safely handle electrical components like breakers and fuses
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Electrical Experience
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and experience working with AC/DC circuits
• Proficiency in using testing equipment such as multi-meters and ohmmeters
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and schematic drawings
  
• Experience with high-voltage electrical systems (480V)
• Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting and maintenance procedures
• Ability to safely perform electrical work and follow safety protocols
• Reliable transportation and attendance
