Electrician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman Electricians for projects located in and around Castleton, IN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $24-30/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Provide service & customer support during field visits & dispatches by studying system requirements
• Investigate complaints
• Diagnose errors or technical problems 
• Determine proper solutions 
• Conduct tests & resolve problem
• Respond to customer tech service telephone calls & emails in a timely fashion installation of new equipment and startup on-site
• Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential 
• Set daily work schedules
• Schedule travel arrangements
• Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, recommending system improvements, etc.
• Document service & installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, & records
• Assemble new machinery as needed
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of Experience 
• Experience with Machinery Mechanics and Electronics
• Ability to work flexible shifts
