Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Apprentice Industrial Painters for projects located in and around Milwaukee, WI.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $18-23/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are an Industrial Painter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, & applying primer as necessary
• Operate spray funs to apply two-part polyurethane paint to products to ensure even coverage & high-quality finishes
• Adjust spray gun settings & pressure levels according to product specifications
• Perform touch-ups & repairs as needed to ensure product quality
• Monitor paint levels & equipment functionality
• Report any issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean & organized work area including proper storage of paint & equipment
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements;

• • Minimum of 2 Years of Experience with two-part polyurethane spray gun painting up to 65 PSI
  • Experience with Automotive Painting 25 psi to 45 psi is a Plus
  • Ability to measure, compare, & perform shop calculations to meet customer specification
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Able to Pass a Drug Screen & Background Check 
  • Ability to Pass Paint Testing 
  • Ability to work OT as needed 
  • Strong troubleshooting & Problem Solving Skills 
  • Detail Oriented
  • Manufacturing Experience Preferred
