Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Concrete Finishers for projects located in Knoxville, TN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:     

• Operate polishing equipment
• Perform surface preparation 
• Grinding, patching and cleaning flooring 
• Working with planetary grinders, burnishers and vacuums 
• Apply densifiers, stains and sealers as needed 
• Achieve various finishes, matte, satin and gloss 
• Maintain tools and equipment 
• Read and interpret blueprints or project specifications 
• Ensure job sites are clean and organized
