Tower Climber

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Tower Climbers for projects located in the Carmel, IN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Maintenance, rigging, and installation of equipment located on top of towers
• Climb communications towers to repair antennas and auxiliary equipment
• Inspect towers for safety and stability
• Bolt equipment into place
• Lift parts into place often using a crane, gin pole, or other equipment
• Install components like antennas, transmission lines, surge arrestors, and connectors
• Test communications equipment 

• Must have prior experience
• Must pass a drug screen
• OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
