Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced WABO Certified Structural Welders for projects located in Vancouver, WA.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $35-40/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Structural Welder eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

 

Job Scope: 

  • Cut, shape, and weld metal to create frames for structures 
  • Install girders, columns, and other materials to form the foundational framework for structures 
  • Repair broken or bent structural members 
  • Remove or replace faulty welds and rivets 
  • Cut, position, and bolt down steel bars to reinforce concrete
  • inspect welds for defects and ensure overall structural integrity 
  • Maintain tools and equipment 

Requirements: 

    • 4+ Years of Experience
    • Must be WABO Certified 
    • Proven Experience in Welding and Structural Work 
    • Strong understanding of welding techniques, structural systems, & material properties
    • Basic Tools of the Trade, Harness with Bags (can hold bolts and spud wrenches)
    • Standard PPE including Welding Hood, Welding Gloves, Leathers
