Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in Wayland, MI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $30-33/hr based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: 

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on all machines and equipment
• Diagnose the source of issues or potential problems
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and avoid breakdowns
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, focusing on sensor repairs, 24VDC troubleshooting, air leaks, and cylinder repairs
• Use schematics, blueprints, and machine manuals to identify issues and make repairs
• Install, remove, fabricate, alter, and rebuild machines or equipment to achieve desired results and comply with all code requirements
• Perform basic electrical repairs and maintain knowledge of electrical systems, including sensors, wiring, and control circuits
• Maintain and repair material handling equipment, man lifts, voltage testers, small tools, welders, and fabrication equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair multi-component systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot tube laser systems, which involve servo drives, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Requirements: 

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Powered Industrial Truck Operator Permit and a Driver’s License
