Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in and around Allendale, MI.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $20-28/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Fit and Join Sheet Metal Parts using Riveting, Welding, Soldering
• Fabricate products like Ventilation Shafts, Exhaust Hoods, Partition Frames, Dust Collection Piping, Material Handling Systems
• Operate Machines such as Shears, Brakes, Punches, and Drill Presses
• Cutting, Bending, Punching, Drilling, Shaping, or Straightening Sheet Metal
• MIG, TIG, Stick Welding
• Troubleshoot Welding and Fabrication Issues

Requirements:

• • Able to Pass a Weld Test
  • Proficiency in MIG Welding various Mild Steel, Including 16 Gauge to 3/8"
  • Must have Experience with Sheet Metal and Structural Welding
  • Ability to Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings, Blueprints, Sketches, and Work Specifications
