HVAC/R Certified Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC/R Certified Technicians for projects located in and around Memphis, TN.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $28-35/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are an HVAC/R Certified Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Troubleshoot, Diagnose, Maintain, and Repair Refrigeration Equipment
• Perform Major and Minor Preventative Maintenance while Processing and Completing Work Orders
• Ordering Equipment, Supplies, and Repair Modules; Maintain Stock Levels
• Installing Climate Control Systems, Refrigeration Units, and Beverage Equipment
• Observing and Testing Newly Installed Systems
• Replacing Work Seals, Outer Shells, and Worn Out Motors, Compressors
• Change outs, Pulling Vacuums to Proper Micron Levels for Startup
• Informing Clients of Repair Costs and Alternate Cooling Options
• Removing Old Systems and Installing New
• Clean Condensers

Requirements:

• • Minimum of 3 Years of Verifiable Past Work Experience
  • HVAC/R Certified and have an Up to Date, Renewed EPA License
  • Able to Work Weekends and Night Shift Calls when Needed
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Basic Tools of the Trade
  • Standard PPE
  • Good Communication and Note Taking Skills
  • Able to Read and Interpret Blueprints and Compliance Schematics
  • Able to Work on Large Packing Systems
  • Understanding of Relays and Control Boards
