Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Manufacturing Laborers for projects located in Hermantown, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $23/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

  • Inspecting and installing aircraft components, sub-assemblies and composite parts 
  • Follow engineering drawings and specifications 
  • Install, connect or bond aircraft parts using adhesive, rivets or threaded fasteners 
  • Ensure fit clearance, alignment and functional performance complies with design requirements 
  • Prepare and use fixtures to aid in locating, bonding or drilling aircraft parts 
  • Routing wire harnesses 

 

Requirements

  • Must be able to wear a respirator and all proper PPE 
  • Must be able to lift varying weight repeatedly 
  • Must be able to stand for up to 10hrs/day
