Electrician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for projects located in and around Los Alamitos, CA.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $36-40/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are an Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Install Electrical Systems, Wiring, Outlets, Switches, Circuit Breakers, and other Electrical Components in New and Existing Homes
• Install Lighting Fixtures, Ceiling Fans, Smoke Detectors, and other Household Electrical Devices
• Install Electrical Panels and Sub-panels, Ensuring Proper Load Distribution
• Maintain Electrical Systems, Perform Regular Inspections, and Maintenance of Electrical Systems to Ensure they are Safe and Up to Code
• Troubleshoot and Repair Faulty Wiring, Switches, Outlets, and Electrical Devices
• Upgrade or Replace Outdated Electrical Systems to Meet Code
• Diagnose Electrical Problems
• Repair or Replace Malfunctioning Electrical Components.
• Troubleshoot Power Outages, Tripped Breakers and other Electrical Failures in Residential Settings
• Customer Service; Communicate Effectively with Homeowners to Explain Electrical Issues, Repairs and Upgrades
• Other Tasks as Assigned

Requirements:

• • Experience Writing and Executing Work Order Estimates on Residential Homes
