Welder / Fabricator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Welders / Fabricators for projects located in and around Oregon City, OR. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $25-30/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Welder / Fabricator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• MIG, TIG, Flux Core, & Orbital welding
• Fabricate custom metal solutions tailored to client specifications
• Collaborate with engineers & other colleagues to complete metal fabrication projects that meet the highest standards of quality
• Read & interpret technical drawings, blueprints, & designs & contribute to designing & executing welding projects
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines & deliverables
• Safely lift & move materials weighing up to 55lbs 
• Maintain a safe, clean, & organized work environment in compliance with all safety regulations 
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Experience in the trade
• MIG, TIG, Flux Core, & Orbital Welding Experience 
• Strong ability to read & understand technical drawings & blueprints
• Ability to lift up to 55lbs
• Forklift Operation Experience Preferred
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills
