Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in and around Cuyahoga Falls, OH.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• MIG, Flux Core, Duel Shield Welding
• Calculate Material Measurements to Verify Specifications
• Measure and Cut Material
• Conduct Tests to Evaluate Weld Quality and Tolerance
• Welding using the Correct Materials to Join the Metals Together
• Check End Product to Ensure it Falls within the Tolerances
• Selecting, Measuring, Cutting, and Joining Appropriate Metals to Specifications
• Preparing Metals and Work Surfaces to Ensure Safe and Effective Assemblage
• Regularly Cleaning and Inspecting Welding Equipment and Tools
• Keep Work Area Clean and Orderly

Requirements:

• • Minimum of 1 Year Experience in MIG Welding, Minimum of 6 Months Welding Flux Core/Duel Shield
  • Able to Follow Blueprints and Job Specifications
  • Ability to Perform Work Proficiently, and at a Fast Pace
  • Ability to Handle Physical Workload
