Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in and around New Castle, PA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $28/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Perform welding of metal parts using specified wire welding processes
• Ensure welds are smooth, non-porous, & meet quality standards
• Weld in all positions, including flat, horizontal, vertical, & overhead
• Operate forklifts & overhead cranes for material handling
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Experience in heavy plate/structural steel fabrication
• Reliable Transportation & Attendance
• Ability to lift 50+lbs
• Hand Tools
• Proper PPE
