Marine Dock-hand

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Marine Dock-hands for projects located in Marathon, FL.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $20/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:     

• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Assist with answering commonly asked questions
• General operation of docks and assisting boaters with needs 
• Vessel fueling and pump-out process 
• Maintain and clean restrooms, docks, walkways, grounds and other designated areas 
• Ensure dock and equipment are operational at all times 
• Organizing, cleaning and restocking shelves when needed

• Must have a basic understanding of boat handling 
• Must be able to lift heavy objects, maneuver equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions 
• Boat handling skills, customer service experience and previous marine experience are preferred
