Manufacturing Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Manufacturing Laborers for a project located in Wausau, WI.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $21/hour & $100/per diem based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Carpenter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:       

• Set up Narrow Web, Flexo, Mark Andy- Press
• Running up to 6 Color Narrow Web &  Flexo Presses
• Ensure Job is Running Properly & Check Throughout the Run
• Verify Processes/Spec Sheets are Corrected before Production Run
• Troubleshoot Machine Related Problems
• Troubleshoot Mechanical Issues as Needed 
• Perform Routine Press Maintenance 
• Daily Start-Up 
• Production Runs
• Clean-Ups & Shut-Downs
• Verify PH of the Ink

• Must have 2+ years experience operating a Narrow Web
• Must have experience running Fexographic Press
• Bonus if you have experience operating a Mark Andy Machine
