Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring a skilled Flat Welder for projects located in Clintonville, WI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $23.50/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:       

• Fabricating, assembling and repairing stainless steel and/or aluminum metal structures and equipment 
• Fit parts as required for welding structural components and assemblies
• Weld and finish structural new and refurbished parts such as; trailers, torque boxes and complete frames
• Work with parts and sub-assemblies with/without fixtures

• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics
• Must be able to set up parts of the welding process including; grinding, welding or drilling 
• Must be qualified to weld according to qualifications; 2G spray transfer, 2G and 3G short circuit, GMAW, carbon and stainless steel
