Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in Coon Rapids, MN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate up to $32/hr based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: 

• Review and interpret drawings, layouts, blueprints, diagrams, or work orders 
• Welding, cutting, and fabricating metal components 
• Inspect finished work for conformance to specifications 
• Maintain care of hand tools and welding equipment 
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

• 3 years of welding/fabrication experience 
• Capable and willing to become certified in MIG, Stick, GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW per AWS 
• Ability to MIG and stick weld on various allots 
• Strong experience in operating a variety of fabrication tools 
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes 
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
