Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in the Ruther Glen, VA area. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level.  Job Scope:     

• Repair metal surfaces
• Install various items such as; backboards, serving lines, railings, fences and re-wiring trailer lights
• Maintains shop, equipment, tools, vehicle and more for the purpose of ensuring the availability and functioning of required items and ensuring safety
• Request equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items
• Assist with other tasks assigned 
• Respond to emergency situations as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns
• MIG, stick and TIG welding
• Fabrication work 
• Reading blueprints

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in the field
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
