Machine Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Machine Operators for projects located in and around Fall River, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $18-21/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Machine Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Perform setups & operations
• Check material thickness for accuracy & load material
• Check parts according to blueprints
• Troubleshoot minor program errors independently
• Account for time & work complete via online computer data collection system
• Safely operate a forklift to handle materials & complete work
• Make routine decisions & use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues
• Report & document basic material production & quality control issues
• Participate in equipment preventative maintenance at operator level
• Ensure compliance with corporate & plant safety standards
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to read Blueprints
• Ability to operate a Forklift
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Proper PPE
