Marine Outside Machinist

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Marine Outside Machinists for projects located in the Alameda, CA area. This is a second shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $34/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Install & overhaul of shipboard machinery
• Remove, repair, build, install & align propellors, shafts, bearings, engines, generators, and anchor windlasses
• Construct & repair tugboats, ferries, coast guard cutters, cruise ships, pilot boats, barges, and marine vessels of all kinds
• Other tasks as assigned

• OSHA 10 Maritime, and Firewatch Certification
