Precision Mechanical Millwright

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Precision Mechanical Millwrights for projects located in Sheboygan Falls, WI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:      

• Assemble basic parts or unit and attach unit to assembly, subassembly or frame using hand tools and power tools
• Inspect, test and adjust completed unit to ensure that unit meets specifications tolerances
• Connect electrical wiring according to basic circuit diagram
• Measure parts to determine tolerances using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequence of electromechanical unit
• Read hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schematics and diagrams
• File, lap and buff parts to fit using hand tools and power tools

• Must have own tools
• Must be able to work minimum 50 hr week
