Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in Fort Myers, FL.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:     

• Perform welding work on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum stair components
• Utilize TIG and MIG welding techniques and tools to achieve high-quality durable finishes
• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal stair products according to blueprints and specifications
• Install and repair equipment and components as needed for product completion and functionality
• Material Measurement and Verification
• Accurately calculate material measurements to verify specifications and ensure compliance

• Minimum of 5 years of TIG welding experience
• Prior experience in welding, manufacturing, or a related field
• Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding tools and procedures, with a solid understanding of welding techniques for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Must have all tools and standard PPE
