Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpenters Of All Skill Levels for projects located in Indianapolis, IN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $26-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

  • Set interior doors 
  • Measure, cut and nail casing on doors and windows 
  • Nail shoe moulds 
  • Install cabinetry and vanity shelving 
  • Install interior door knobs, privacy and passage
  • Install exterior door hardware and deadbolts 
  • Install strike plates for door hardware 
  • Cut down doors rubbing on carpet 
  • Mark, drill and install cabinet hardware 
  • Install cabinet door glass, cabinet crown and scribe mould 
  • Install light rails, cabinet skins and false door panels 
  • Build and install mantles from blueprints and details 
  • Build and install custom built-in cabinetry
  • Construct wall details from layouts 
  • Install skirt-boards, treads and risers 
  • Cap boards, shoe rail, newel posts and handrails 
  • Cut and install wood spindles
