HVAC Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Houston, TX area. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate up to $50/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: 

• Daily maintenance on all mechanical equipment 
• Replace air filters, fan motors, duct flex, etc. 
• Respond to work orders 
• Operate, maintain, and monitor equipment used for cooling and heating 
• Check plant operation on automated control systems 
• Maintain water softener system 
• Opportunity to work with a Major University

• High school diploma or GED equivalent 
• 3 years of previous building  maintenance experience
• Knowledge of routine, preventive, and corrective building maintenance, policies, procedures, and practices
