Maintenance Mechanic

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Mechanics for projects located in and around Milwaukee, WI.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $28-35/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Maintenance Mechanic and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Preventative, Corrective, and General Maintenance of Commercial and Industrial Facility Equipment
• Conduct Shift Rounds, Regular Checks of Systems, and Equipment to Identify Issues, and Document Systems and Equipment Performance
• Maintains, Troubleshoot, and Perform Equipment Repairs
• Perform Electrical Installation, Repair, and Maintenance of Equipment and Controls Located throughout a Site
• Install, Maintain, and Repair Plumbing/Piping and Associated Equipment and Components Located in the Interior and Exterior of Buildings
• Installation, Repair, and Maintenance of Mechanical/Electrical Operating Equipment and Machinery
• Perform Administrative Tasks such as Parts Ordering, PO# Creation, Vendor Management, Attend Job Meetings/Project Meetings, Documents Work Results, Analyze Findings and Recommend Updates
• Other Tasks as Assigned

Requirements:

• • Minimum of 7 Years Previous Experience and/or Training including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry.  An Equivalent Combination of Training, Education, and Manufacturing Maintenance Experience is acceptable
    • 2 Years of Training through an Accredited Trade School or College Certificate/Degree Preferred.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Fork Truck Operator's License
  • JLG Operator's License
  • Universal CFC Certification
