Mechanical Insulator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Mechanical Insulators for a project located in Medford, MA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Insulator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:         

• Install Insulation in Commercial & Mechanical Settings
• Install Insulation on Exterior Piping Using Aluminum Fittings & Jackets
• Covering Various Components Such as Ductwork, Pipes, Valves and Exposed Ducts
• Insulate Rooftop Units Ensuring Proper Coverage
• Insulate 4-Pipe Fan Coil Units to Maintain Energy Efficiency
• Apply Materials Such as Fiberglass, Foil Faced, Fast-Wrap, Rigid, Foam, PVC and Metal-Jacketed, Depending on the Project
• Handle Insulation Chilled Water & Hot Water Piping Using Pipping Equipment
• Execute Highly Intricate Insulation Work with Precision & Attention to Detail

Requirements:

• 3+ Years Experience
• Must Have Own Hand Tools
• OSHA 10; TI May Provide for Employees who have yet to Obtain 
• Reliable Transportation & Attendance
