Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Facility Maintenance Technicians for projects located in and around Scottsville, NY.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $22-28/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Perform simple & routine maintenance & repair of grounds, exterior structures, building equipment, & related utilities
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, painting, & overall basic repairs throughout building
• Assist with loading & unloading shipments
• Perform routine maintenance on campground sites/trails & collect any trash
• Operate a company truck to pick up & deliver supplies
• Operate a forklift
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in the trade
• Knowledge of hand & power tools
