Sheet Metal Mechanic

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanics for projects located in and around Bristol, VT. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $26-32/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Sheet Metal Mechanic and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Perform sheet metal installation & fabrication tasks according to engineering drawings, specifications, & work instructions
• Utilize various hand & power tools including drills, grinders, shears, & rivet guns to cut, shape, & assemble sheet metal components
• Interpret technical drawings & blueprints to determine materials, dimensions, & layouts for sheet metal fabrication
• Ensure accurate measurements & alignment of sheet metal parts during installation to meet stringent quality standards
• Adhere to safety protocols & procedures to maintain a secure working environment & prevent accidents/injuries
• Other tasks as assigned
