Mechanical Maintenance Tech / Quality Assurance

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Mechanical Maintenance Tech / Quality Assurance for projects located in and around Milwaukee, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $33-38/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Mechanical Maintenance Tech / Quality Assurance and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!  

Job Scope:

• Assist in evaluation of scrap & other non conformities
• Assist with corrective action reports 
• Assist in initial startup of new jobs
• Troubleshoot problems
• Review job files before production
• Track Experiments and Production orders through departments; obtain and analyze the results
• Make process changes
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Proficient in 3D Models
• HS Diploma or Equivalent 
• Knowledge of Wax Shell Foundry & Finishing Procedures
• Ability to Organize Work Assignments
• Casting Knowledge is a Plus
