Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in and around the Green Bay, WI area. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $35/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Maintain clean equipment tools & work area
• Follow established safety procedures
• Record an accurate log of job times & specifications of audit reports
• Accurately read weld symbols
• Weld within tight tolerances
• Other tasks as assigned

• 5+ Years of Experience Flat Welding, TIG on Aluminum
• Weld Test
• GTAW & GMAW Welding Abilities
• TIG Welding Experience on 1/16 Aluminum & Stainless Steel to 1/2 thick
• Understanding of distortion control
• Ability to read work orders, blueprints, instructions, formulas, and/or processing charts to ensure precise & accurate welding
• Ability to read blueprints
