Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in and around Camp Pendleton, CA.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Maintenance Technician eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

• Perform General Maintenance and Repairs on Various Equipment and Buildings
• Make Daily Rounds around Facility, Noting and Repairing any Deficiencies, such as Damaged Ceiling Tiles, Floor Tiles, Lighting, Small Roofing Repairs, etc.
• Pressure Washing Sidewalks, Pavers, and Various Walkways

Requirements:

• • Able to Pass Drug Screen and Background Check
  • Practical Skill and Knowledge in a Wide Range of Trades such as Painting, Carpentry, Plumbing, and Masonry
