HVAC Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in and around Bartlett, TN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $32/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a HVAC Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, & repair refrigeration equipment
• Perform major & minor preventative maintenance while processing and completing work orders
• Order equipment and supplies
• Repair modules
• Install climate control systems, refrigeration units, and beverage equipment
• Observe and test newly installed systems 
• Troubleshoot refrigeration and HVAC equipment failures
• Maintain stock levels
• Replace worn seals, outer shells, & worn-out motors, compressors, change outs
• Pull vacuums to proper micron levels for start up
• Clean condensors
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Experience
• Clean Driving Record
• Must have HVAC/R Certification 
• Must have up to date, renewed EPA License
• Ability to work any shift if needed 
• Must have basic tools; temp probes, micron gauge, gauges, tube cutters, etc.
• Must be able to read/interpret blueprints & compliance schematics
• Must be able to work on large packaging units, service chillers, weight refrigerants, etc.
• Proper PPE
