Painter

Tradesmen International is looking to expand our team of qualified Trade Professionals for current & future projects in and around the Salt Lake City, UT area.  Most positions are first shift with a pay range of $25-32/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

• Paint interior and exterior doors and door frames to commercial finish standards
  
• Perform detail and touchup painting, including color matching, blending and feathering
  
• Apply coatings using spray equipment such as airless, HVLP and conventional spray guns
  
• Operate all types of roller systems, including panfed, pumpfed, pressurefed, polefed and metal roller grid
  
• Prepare surfaces including cleaning, sanding, caulking and priming
  
• Mask and tape adjacent surfaces to achieve clean, sharp lines
  
• Identify and correct imperfections before final signoff
  
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
  
• Keep a clean, organized and safe work area at all times

• 2+ years of commercial painting experience required
• Must be proficient with spray application and all roller system types listed above
• OSHA 10 preferred
