Structural Welder

Tradesmen International is looking to expand our team of qualified Trade Professionals for current & future projects in and around El Mirage, AZ. This is a first & second shift opportunity with a pay scale of $24-35/hour based on experience plus $100/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

• Perform structural welding on steel beams, columns, and fabricated assemblies
  
• Weld light and heavy structural steel in a shop environment
  
• Follow applicable WPS requirements and project specifications
  
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols
  
• Complete production welding safely and efficiently
  
• Maintain weld quality throughout the fabrication process

• Must have Flux-Core Arc welding, structural steel and heavy fabrication experience
• Must pass weld test
