    - Immediate Opening for Grounds Maintenance position -

    Full-Time Permanent position - Opportunities for overtime

    $12.00 / Hour - Guaranteed 40 hours a week + OT


    Pay: $12.00



    In this entry level role you will work directly under supervision to landscape or maintain grounds of the property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and sprinkler installation/repair. Pay will be $12.00 an hour, with opportunity for advancement



    • Gather and remove litter. Dispose of trash or waste materials.
    • Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
    • Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws.
    • Operate grounds maintenance equipment.
    • Any other tasks as assigned by supervision
